Kevin is a fantastic mechanic!

Kevin did some work replacing the water pump on my 2012 Bayswater and he did a perfect job. Do not hesitate to take your MINI here. Ask for Kevin to work on your car and you'll have no worries that the work will be done right

Feels like I’m being pumped for money

One staff member in the service department, when I came in due to my engine light going on and not being able to accelerate, told me it was my gas cap. Later learned it was the coils in my car and spark plugs.... was too upset. Missed a chuck of work to either be lied or have an unqualified person show how little he knows—instead of having some one that knew what they were doing looking at my car....felt too cheated...still do.

New Car Countryman

Mark was excelleny throught the process so were the rest of the team at Global Imports. In and out on the day we bought the car was something like an hour which was amazing considering the paperwork you have to go through. Thank you all for taking care of me and more over my wifes new car!!! Bravo! Keep up the good work.

Great service!!

My AC was not being friendly and I couldn't stand it anymore with this heat. Lon took great care of me and they had my car fixed quickly. It even got a complimentary bath while it was there! I will be back if my car acts up again!!!
