The worst service experience in the 26 years I've been driving. I brought my Mini into Global Imports service for my appointment at 2pm. At 3:30 I had to go find my service advisor and ask him how much longer. He said they were just about to put the tires on so it took them an hour and a half to get the tires off?? Another 40 minutes later I went and found my service advisor again. He said it was in the wash and he would go get the vehicle. Another 15 minutes later I had to ask another advisor what was going on. I was the only customer in the building waiting on my car to be serviced. Very inefficient and no motivation or courtesy on the advisor's part to keep me informed of any delays or updates. Very poor! I will not be returning for service or purchase of another Mini at this location.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Looking forward to buying a third Mini Cooper in the future.

Lon, welcomed me immediately and completed the service information promptly. He gave me an estimated time of completion and provided a loaner vehicle. The service was completed on time and he sent me a text message letting me know my car was ready. Lon, explained what was done and why and the cost of each item. The checkout process was handled efficiently. Overall great service! Lon and the entire staff are always friendly and engaging and very professional.

I have had my Mini for almost a year and I am obsessed! It?s fun to drive and is actually bigger than you would expect. It?s a little stiff over bumps, but so is any car that?s comparable. Global is awesome. Tyler sold me my MINI and was very helpful in educating me on the brand and what to expect. I never felt pressure to buy or like I was just another number on a goal board. The whole service team has been great! I have yet to work with someone who hasn?t had my best interest in mind. I have had to have a few tires replaced due to my job and picking up nails. The tire package has been a life saver. I had to pay for my first one the other day and the service tech was able to shave off a little bit in the costs which was not expected, but much appreciated! If you want a great driving experience and a great service experience. You should go here!

Needed a windshield and clutch replaced - they gave me a loaner at no charge. The work was done well and I am very pleased with this dealer. Excellent place.
