Wait time was appropriate for the repair work needed. They could do better in response to the customer after work is completed.

My purchasing experience with this dealership was very difficult from beginning to end. I liked my salesman and believe he was doing his best - it must be the management that is substandard. Not only were the dealings very difficult but the car was shipped to me damaged after I was told it had no exterior issues. The car has clearly had previous bodywork which was confirmed by the dent repair technician. The car I bought was relatively cheap so they may not have valued my business. Unfortunate for them is that I am also in the market for a new M5.

Came in for service and told they had to order a part that would take four days to get. I am still waiting on a call two weeks later. When I finally get the part, I am expecting good service, but funny I get a request for a survey while I wait. Hopefully, I'll get to change my opinion. There aren't many Mini dealerships from which to choose.

This is the second car my family has bought from this dealership - this time a new Clubman, the other time a used Mini Cooper S Hardtop. Again, we had a very pleasant experience! The staff really knows their stuff and are very personable. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Never once did I feel pressured. Love this car!

These guys had me in and out in UNDER an hour for a warranty brake job. I've always gotten top-tier service from the people there, but after this last repair, I have come to a conclusion. Global Imports Mini must have a time machine where they send cars to another dimension for service. Like a Star Trek movie. Seriously I was in and out in UNDER an hour for brakes.

I live in NC and purchased a used Mini sight unseen but Rick was great, reassuring me all throughout the buying process. I couldn?t be any happier with my purchase.

Our service adviser was awesome. He found warranty options to reduce our costs, he did our oil change a bit earlier then scheduled to avoid us having to make another service call, and he found items that cost money now but will avoid future expenses.
