Awesome Buying Experience!!

Found an Audi through cars.com for my wife. Went to Global and had great help from Don and Robin! Very pleasant employees.

Purchased a vehicle

I went to this dealership after finding a used car on cars.com that this dealership had taken on trade. They were quick to respond to my inquiry without harassing me. I went in to look and liked the vehicle but my wife was tied up at work and I wanted her to see the car before I bought it. I asked them if I could take it home that night and they were awesome about it. I drove it home and my wife loved it. Next day I purchased it and live my new car. Great price, great shape.

Bought my MINI in 2011 from Global Imports and have enjoyed excellent service since. Comfortable showroom and service reps are first rate. Excellent customer service consistently.

Global Import Mini - Questionable Serivce

Took my mini club man in for check engine light - was told that it was due to carbon build up and bad gas (their catch all answer) $700 when I got the car back they said they changed the fuel pump for free - Come to find out later the issue was the fuel pump and there was a recall on it. The service person Chris just sold service that was not needed - Called Jamey Holt based on response posted, Basically he apologized and he would let the service team know. My service adviser was Chris Marget. No resolution to the issue, If they really wanted to resolve this issue they could have contacted me directly not just post a response - they were not expecting any one to call based on the response. Before you buy a Mini check out the service, they will promising the world and their service reps go above and beyond to promise that they will take care of any issue but when they really need to backup their promise just hollow promises. Talking to other Mini Owner - Top answers they will give you for rough idle - Your not using tier 1 gas, Carbon buildup on intake Manifold, Fuel Injectors needs cleaning. My Problem was a Faulty Fuel Pump that is on a Recall not Carbon build up on intake manifold. $700 for repair that was not needed. He Agreed that they should have tried the fuel pump first instead of doing the carbon cleaning on the manifold. Get a Second Opinion My Review Keeps getting Deleted - Going to Keep Posting it back

wonderful service

Love the friendly service and atmosphere!!! Test drove a convertible and enjoyed the ride. Even though I was unable to speak to a dealer, all my questions were answered.

My new 2011 British Racing Green Mini

I was very satisfied and had a great experience while purchasing my new 2011 Mini Cooper! Everyone was very friendly, nice, and took great pride in their jobs to help me with getting into my new car! I fell in love with mine the moment I sat in it and drove it off the showroom floor! I am going to enjoy driving it for a long time! Thank you to everyone at the Global Import dealership!

Best Buying Experience

I was looking for a fun car with a manual transmission. I had been to 3 different dealers before Global Imports (GI) but hadn't found that combination of car and dealership. When I went to GI and told them what I was looking for, no one tried to point me to a more expensive automatic nor did they launch into a story about how horrible manual transmissions are in Atlanta. I felt like this was the first dealership that actually listened to what I wanted and eliminated cars based on my requirements rather than trying to talk me into what they had on the lot. From the start, this was a no pressure environment where everyone was genuine and responsive. Peter took the time to walk me around to the cars that met my criteria, explain the differences in the features and let me test drive as much as I needed to make the decision. I the end, I went with a higher model than planned because the car was unbelievable and I felt like I'd found a dealership that was good enough to make me want to keep the car longer.

Worst service department in town

I brought my mini in to have a timing chain repaired. I was told it would take about two weeks, and was not a very labor intensive repair. Not only did this job take them well over a month to complete, they forced me to return their enterprise rental in exchange for a loaner vehicle with a massive crack on the windshield. After the service was finally complete I get me mini back and the tire pressure light is on! It takes them another thirty five minutes to recheck the tires! The agent took my loaner car back and said I was good to go, and I had left it a little untidy because when I had called earlier they said it did not need to be cleaned prior to return. Then three days later I get a call saying the vehicle was too dirty at return and that I would be charged 45 dollars for cleaning! Even though I had never had any animals inside the vehicle, because they found "a couple animal hairs" inside I could do nothing about it. Maybe if the agents had told me that I was not allowed to be near animals or if it was in the contract I would understand, but without any notice or warning? I feel that global imports mini is essentially trying to charge me 45 dollars for having horribly slow service and for luring to my face about the loaner vehicle. I will never NEVER come back.

Another great experience getting my mini serviced!

I recently brought my Mini Cooper S in for routine service. I actually enjoy having my car worked on! I am always greeted pleasantly by everyone as I walk around looking at all the available minis while the work is being done. There are lots of interesting things to look at. Lon always explains what was done to my car, what is needed, and what might be needed in the future. As an extra bonus, my car is always washed and cleaned before it's returned to me! :-)
