The listings on the Taverna Collection webpage differs from the actual vehicles. Taverna collections misinforms buyers and do not give a clear description on genuine faults of their vehicle. NO AS REPRESENTED SALES IS CONSIDERED FRAUD. I purchased a 2015 Tesla Model S 70D with the interpretation that the vehicle was considered to be in a very good condition as described by Reny. The vehicle was mis-advertised the vehicle has heavy damages to the exterior including a large discolored paint on the passenger quarter panel. The vehicle also has a tar like material that seems to be used as adhesive to hold the trim around the window on the rear driver side of the vehicle. Three rims of the vehicle are heavily scratch and have minor damages and the fourth one was fixed but it’s a different color from the other. The vehicle was not labeled as is and none of the faults listed above were ever addressed to me. Even as I continuously asked for pictures and questions on the condition of the vehicle, they guarantee to me that it was free of damages. The dealership refuses to pick up any of my calls and answer my emails

I recently bought a car from Reny at The Taverna Collection. It was the best priced for the specific color combination I was looking for in the southeastern US. I flew into FLL where one of her employees picked me up, and the car was as described. I had a 3rd party inspector look at the car prior to ensure it was as photographed and it was. I was in and out in 30min, I'd highly recommend the experience!

I was told nothing was wrong with the car. Yet when it arrived, not only did it have almost 700 extra miles but Tire Monitor light had had issues for almost a year according to local Mercedes Dealership so hundreds of dollars and still not repaired, tires were showing cables they were so worn, and it has been almost 45 days and no license plate for the car. DMV found many issues with how title and registration was being handled. I actually tried to give the salesperson an opportunity to make it up but she did nothing.
