Bought my F250 2005 used from Woodhams Ford. They bent over backwards to make sure the truck was ready to haul my 5th wheel. Service has always been excellent! Recommend others to buy their vechiles there because they care about before and after the sale!

Purchased Focus

Outstanding, the whole experience was great. Wonderful people and it was pleasant. They were very accommodating to what we wanted to purchase and found what we wanted, which is different from other dealers I had spoken to.


Woodham's great service

We just had a wonderful experience purchasing a car. My husband doesn't drive much anymore and decided to trade both cars in for a used Ford Escape. There was no pressure upon making a purchase and we came in serveral times before making our decision. We came in and Richard made it easy for all the papers we signed. This is our third car we've bought from Woodham's and I always have our cars serviced at Woodham's also. I've never had a complaint about their service department. They are honest and I've never had unnecessary work done either. I would like to take John of the service department for all his help and information, Nate the young salesman, (whom I might add went to extra lengths to show us features on the car). New customer for service

We required unexpected service when 2014 Ford Fusion stalled on the highway (Friday evening). We had the car towed to this dealership since it was the closest to my home. On Saturday it took multiple calls into the dealership to confirm they received the car from the tow company. The service department was closed due to inventory. We understood this but only wanted to confirm they received the car. Monday it took additional calls to find out when they could get the car in for evaluation. Finally by Tuesday they identified the problem and ordered the part, a new fuel pump. The car was not complete until Friday afternoon. When I came to pickup the car, the greeter was unfriendly. I was handed the paperwork and keys. I had to ask, "where is my car?" The reply was "In the back of the building, you'll see it." When we got in the car there were hand grease prints on the driver side door. The entire experience was very aggravating. I would not recommend this dealership. Obviously they have enough business and do not concern themselves with repeat business from new customers.

We apologize that you were inconvenienced by a mechanical failure of your 2014 Ford Fusion. Unfortunately, we were closed for inventory on Saturday. Early winter had us booked solid and we were unable to look at your car until Tuesday. Knowing your situation, service did work you in and get a diagnosis as quickly as possible and still deal with previous commitments to other customers. Unfortunately, the part necessary to repair your Fusion was not available from Ford as it was on national back order. Rather than advise you the fuel pump was unavailable, our parts and service team went outside of normal channels, and were able to get a part direct shipped from the vendor and limit your inconvenience. Unfortunately, this couldn't be delivered until Friday. We work very hard to make sure every customer, both new and old, is handled with the respect they deserve. We should not have sent you to look for your car "in the back of the building". While we cannot undo the technician's mistake of leaving grease on your door, we would be happy to wash and vacuum your in car return for our mistake. The breakdown in communications is our fault and will be addressed so all customers can leave with a good experience. Ross Woodhams


Woodhams Sales and Service

Woodhams sales and service ? I purchased 2010 MKT from Woodhams about a year ago. My experience was great. My salesman (John S) was professional and I was relaxed working with him. Prior to purchasing the MKT, I took previously owned ford vehicles to Woodhams for service. To date I have never had any issues with the service department. So glad that we have Woodhams around to handle all of our Ford Lincoln needs?


Great dealership! Definitely recommend it!

One year ago I purchased a used Ford Fusion from Woodham's. First Ford, and first car purchase in a long time. The buying process was so easy and the financing staff was so helpful! Since then I've taken my car to Woodham's for a few oil changes and a small repair. What a great service crew as well! This dealership is about 30 miles from my home, and there are closer places I could go, but I prefer to make the trip to Woodham's. Thanks guys, for providing me with a great car and great customer service!


Great Service

Woodhams is a great place to buy a car and to get your car serviced and repaired. I have had all three of those things done there and I am one happy customer. John Schneider is a great salesman and a trusted person in the community. I highly recommend seeking him out when you are looking for the right vehicle for yourself and family. The guys in the service department are friendly and do a great job. Tim Gildea is tops when your car needs the body shop. What else can I say?


Woodhams is Goodhams!

Our experience with Woodhams Ford was superb! We were looking for a very specific vehicle, and they didn't even have this one on the lot yet, however they worked with us very well. Specifically John Schneider, I would consider a SUPER patient salesman. As particular buyers, he ensured that we were 100% comfortable with the decision that we were making. Upon purchasing the truck, they re-ran some things to make sure we were getting the absolute maximum we could as buyers, and wouldn't you know, a $500 credit became available that very day we were going to sign. This shows integrity on top of it all for this dealership. Out of three different dealers we went to, looking for the same truck, Woodhams proved to be the winner. I would recommend buying, servicing and any Ford need you may have with Woodhams.


Review on Woodhams Ford - Small with Great Service

This was my 1st purchase of a Ford product since 1984. I purchased a new 2011 Ford F150 from Woodhams Ford since it was a small dealership where everyone knows you by 1st name. In today's world of bigger multiple brand dealers, it great to see some that still can stand on their brand and their long standing name in the community. Great job and keep up the good work!


High Quality - Low Pressure

Have had my cars serviced here for many years. The service department is top notch, very professional and quality work. Timely, helpful and often finding ways to save money. I was in the market for a new car this summer and we looked around a great deal. Besides liking the Ford Focus, I was given great information from John and assistance from Ross. Because of travel schedules and other things, it took almost a month on my end to finalize things. No problem from the dealership. They were patient and when I was ready, so were they. Excellent service. I expected things to go well, and they did from my initial visit to the purchase and delivery. A wonderful dealership.
