I recently purchased a Countryman JCW from Marin.
I recently purchased a Countryman JCW from Marin. The sales associates Mila and Bryan were most helpful and patient. However the sales paperwork process was most tiresome. Took way too long!! And we had correct an error in mileage and some of the forms. Very frustrating. The most frustrating part of the process is that since I purchased my car I have received 4 email ads to purchase a new countryman, the very car I just purchased. That is most tiresome.

Great service
Tess Smart never pressured me, was patient, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Lauren in financial services was likewise impressive. The only glitch, in my perspective, was that I had to provide an interim check on the holiday pending the cashier’s check I provided the next day.

1st Mini EV purchase
Head a great experience with Tess in sales; was looking for an all electric Mini; Tess helped me in each and every aspect from the initial order, she kept me posted on everything, incl until the delivery. She was always professional, communicated well and reliable. When there were issues w the car that had been delivered, re to stone chips incurred on transport, management was receptive to make it right and, in the end, localized a car that was a great fit, and so far has worked out really well for me. Can highly recommend this dealership and most certainly Tess. If I were in the market for another Mini, would go there/to her.
