Mini of Marin

This was a purchase at lease end, but the Mini of Marin team treated me as if I were a new customer. They were informed, detail-oriented and welcoming.

Sales personnel were all helpful, knowledgeable, and very experienced. Patient during test driving process with no pressure to buy quickly. This dealership had a good selection of cars during this time of limited inventories.

I have acquired two MINIs from MINI of Marin, working with Mila. The transactions were smooth and personable! I will never drive anything else but a MINI and I plan to always purchase from MINI of Marin.

Mila is wonderful, and so patient. She is fantastic to work with and took the time to understand our needs. She’s also incredibly persistent (in a good way). We love our new all electric MINI!

We had stopped by Mini of Marin checking out their inventory along with other Mini Dealerships almost a year ago. Mila Samson was the only one that kept in contact with us and let us know when we could order our Mini and get it with all the options we wanted. She always kept us well informed including letting us know about discounts that were available. It made the experience much more enjoyable. Even though there is a Mini dealership closer to us I would definitely drive the extra distance to go back to Mini of Marin to get my next Mini.

Mini of Marine is one of the best dealership out there! I’ve had absolutely no complaints about this establishment. The folks that work there are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. My service writer Orlando Gonzalez is amazing! He has assisted me since day one when I purchased my brand new Cooper S back in 2015 and till this day he has continued to assist me. He’s helped me with pricing and recommended maintenance that is needed for the vehicle. My technician Michael Labucay is also the best! He is extremely thorough and takes great care when it comes to what he does. He has also assured me with wonderful advices about when and what is needed for the vehicle. Outstanding all around place!!!

As always this dealership is competent and efficient. They provide the recommended care for my Mini, but do not push extra service! Brandon is great!
