Five minutes before going into the MINI of Marine dealership, I have no intention to buy a MINI. When I got there, I found out salesman was super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Based on my inquiries he knew exactly what car is a perfect fit for me. Gave me various options. Thank you Mr. Kiran. You were a great help.

Pleasant experience with Jonathan; responsive to texts and calls. As a novice electric car buyer living in an apartment complex, I expected some guidance on battery charging, different plugs (CCS vs J1772 vs Chademo vs super Teslas) and public chargers compatible with Mini SE. Jonathan gave me none of that. He just kept assuring me that all's well. This just increased my "charge anxiety" because I had to YouTube, read up, and ask co-workers and strangers about the wheres and hows of charging my car (For example, I did not know I have to open accounts and download apps of each public charge station I encounter!).

We recently purchased a new Mini electric from MINI of Marin. Like most new car purchases at the moment the car needed to be ordered rather than selected off the lot. Markups, silly additional add-ons, and inflated doc fees are becoming common place, especially on EVs - there was none of this nonsense with MINI of Marin. The ordering process couldn't have been easier. We worked with Mila who kept us informed of progress and was very responsive to any questions we had. MINI/BMW provides a huge amount of information regarding the production and shipping of your order which is fun to track. When the day came to pick up the car I was out of the dealership in under an hour, most of which was going over the features of the car. The entire dealer process was on par, if not better than our past experience at other more "premium" brands. We love our new electric MINI and all of its charisma. There are closer MINI dealers to us but we will happily drive the few extra miles up to Marin for any future needs.

Birendra (known as B) went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for his expertise, support, and problem-solving skills. With his help, I was able to get an electric vehicle at a time of challenges with supply chain. I am sure it was not easy for him to secure the car at an earlier time than originally expected.
