Mini of Marin

They charged me 800 dollars for my car rims. I have been a customer many times in last 15 years. They knew I just paid 2000 repairs that were not my fault. A hit and run...... this mini was brand new when I returned it yesterday.I could have fudged the repairs. I did the right thing used their collision shop and both sales and lease employees knew I was without a car and gave it back brand new yesterday July 1, 2019. This was a huge rip off.....a slap in my face and ultimate greedy dealership. Oh and then they want a fresh 3000 dollars for another new lease. I am taking my money elsewhere.

I had a 2003 Mini, and I finally was ready to let her go. It was a scary prospect to upgrade, and I had NO idea how much cars had changed! The process to identify the car was the hardest part. Once I contacted Mini of Marin, it was easy from start to finish. So grateful for the experience, and I LOVE my new Mini!!!

Buying a used car is not a fun process but Brian was honest and addressed my concerns as if he was buying the car! We are a three MINI family and would not buy from anyone else except Brian at MINI of Marin.

The service is friendly and professional. They all work together to give the best price. They are a family and they treat you as part of their family. It is a very special car dealership.

I recently went to Mini of Marin and worked with Shaun and had a fantastic experience. This was my first time shopping for a car and I was a little anxious about the experience. Bryan was so wonderful to work with. I had never driven a mini before and was surprised that the fun factor was so high. Bryan knew EVERYTHING about mini's He was very professional and kept the buying experience casual at the same time. LOVE the mini we bought!
