QX60 12K Mile Service

They know me and treat me with great respect. They quickly and efficiently scheduled my service appointment, picked up my car on time and left me a very nice loaner car, service was completed on time, car was clean, and no-hassle paper work. Everyone was very friendly and helpful: Mike, lady scheduler, car deliverer. Professional.

The General Manager was very friendly and went out of his way to keep me updated. I felt like I was his only customer .

Great product, very pleasant staff.

Friendly but not pushy sales staff! The entire staff was polite, thorough and worked hard to find us the right car. Great product!
