Staff was prepared for my arrival. Rental care was ready to go. Staff is fast and friendly. Great customer service from everyone involved.

The Service manager Mike is extremely nice and professional. The car wash guy Daniel is always upbeat and nice. I like the respect I get from the entire Team including Jack who always takes a minute to say hi.

Very courteous and knowledgeable personnel. Very nice loaner vehicle! Work completed before given time. Very nice lounge and waiting area.

Customer service was excellent! Service manager (?) was outstanding at explaining what he would be doing AND what was done as well, after the service! LOVE!!!!

Mike! He explained every thing that was needed at the time to keep our car in top running shape. When I wasn't sure if I should take his recommendation I asked him to explain it to my husband. He did and got my husband on board and even felt like Mike wasn't trying to as he says "pull one over on us."

Customer service, promptness and great communications was the big key that I was very impressed with. The service technician was acknowledgeable and friendly.

Ease of scheduling, great customer service and prices on service clean waiting area and I am always able to get a loaner car if I need one and can't wait on service

I was overall a great experience! They gave my husband a ride to the airport, and when he returned 2 days later, they bought our vehicle to him at the airport, saving him riding across town twice (we live west of Wichita, in Pratt, KS) to get home. We sure appreciated that extra step they took!!

Loaned me a rental care so I could take care of some errands. The repair also was not cost out of pocket.

They made me feel like a priority even though they were obviously busy. The issues I had with my vehicle were fixed and I had a loaner car in the meantime so I could continue with my day. Thanks!!
