DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They had more car for 48 days. Charged me for a transmission that I did not need. The customer service is horrible. They don't return your calls when you have an issue. Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

Ray is a nice dealership, but I can't give them a five

Ray is a nice dealership, but I can't give them a five star rating because the issues with my certified pre-owned vehicle should have been caught before it was put on the lot for purchase. I am happy that the issues were corrected, but it took 5 hours for my vehicle to be repaired.

I made an appointment to have my transmission serviced. Anna scheduled my appointment. She is professional and pleasant to deal with. The work was completed earlier than the time scheduled. My interactions with Anna plays a big part in my returning to Rays for service.

The dealer fixed a warranty issue. Easy check in process, easy pick up process, and they offered a free rental vehicle while mine was unavailable to drive.

Ana was great.

Ana was great. I lost my wallet and Chrissy found it and called me to notify me. What an awesome honest employee. The service went well too. Odd though water pump failure at 15k miles. Service team was great, thank you.

I called, they asked me a few questions, they told me to bring in the vehicle, looked and talked over my issues, helped find other issues. Contacted me the next day stating we're ready. Feel free to come drop off the vehicle well get you in a loaner and we'll take care of everything. Great environment filled with knowledgeable and friendly associates. Keep up the good work.
