Anna and Ron Cook were great in my repair.
Anna and Ron Cook were great in my repair. Through there was multiple problems dealing with the outside vendor (Daves Transmission) they were professional and worked with me to get the job done. The rating for Speed and work had nothing to do with the dealership as the work was done by a outside vendor. The Service department was great but they should consider another vendor for the Transmission work.

Pretty typical warranty service experience.
Pretty typical warranty service experience. I have an issue with my panoramic sunroof rattling. I was told that it might not be covered under warranty as wiring is not something covered by the warranty (?????) I showed how the sunroof doesn’t seem to sit flush and the border seems off so I wasn’t worried about wiring. After they checked it out and confirmed the noise I was told it was a headliner issue which would require an extensive investigation to find the cause including the removal of the windshield to drop the headliner. He again told me it may not be covered by warranty as something could have come loose or again it could be wiring so in either case that wouldn’t be covered. There’s no way this is headliner related and this dealer just seems to be spending their energy trying to discourage me following through with the repair. I was also told I would have to pay a $199.00 diagnostic fee even though it’s still under warranty.

Ultimately, I bought a used car from this dealership but
Ultimately, I bought a used car from this dealership but the experience was one of the worst I've had. What drew me to this dealership was a 1 owner 1997 BMW z3 with low miles and good service records. Made an offer on the vehicle on a Wednesday, after some back and forth, the offer was accepted and I left a deposit to hold. The dealership is 6 hrs from my location, advised that I would be up on Friday to test drive and bring the car home if everything checked out. In the past, the easiest way to get the car is to go through dealer financing and titling, and they state they offer extensive options. I sent my email to the saleman so they could get me the info on financing as I wanted to check their rates. No answer. I went ahead on the Thursday morning and submitted online on their website to preapprove and advised my salesman that the information was submitted. Did not get an answer till 2 pm that afternoon that he had forwarded on to their finance dept. Heard nothing back that day or evening. Headed north the next morning with a truck and trailer and advised salesman of my eta, and asked to have their finance dept contact me so we could discuss rates. This is where it went sideways. They said due to age of the car that they couldn't finance, and since I was in KY they couldn't let the car and title go due to a required title inspection by the state. I advised that my last car purchase was in Baltimore, MD and there were no issues a couple years ago. This didn't make sense. When asked why they didn't contact me on Thursday to discuss, he said "I was busy". At this point I told them I'd just buy it on my credit card, and they said they couldn't take the risk that I would cancel the transaction and it would have to be a cash advance on my card. I did check into this and the fees were ridiculous. At this point, I am 3 hours from home in Indy. Contacted my bank and told them I needed to move money from savings to buy a car, no issues there. Called dealer back and they wouldn't accept a check without calling the bank and confirming funds. By the time I was going to arrive, my bank would be closed forcing me to stay the night in Chicago. Very frustrated and told them just to forget the deal and provide my deposit back, which they agree to due to all the headaches. So I turn around and head home. Then I get a call from their sales manager who asks me what is going on, that he is just hearing of this. Explain the whole deal with lack of communication and action and that I was out. He said to give him 30 minutes. I told him I was done. Then he calls back and said the financing is in order, title is no problem, and asked if I was coming. Worked to convince me that the car was in great condition as advertised and owned by an older lady from an very nice neighborhood in Chicago suburbs. As I have been looking for one of these cars, I decided to turn back around and go and at least look. Wasted 2 hours with the financing which they really seemed to struggle with and secure despite great credit rating. The car was nice and ultimately I purchased from them, but it really felt all the work was on my end. This should not have been this hard, and I did end up having to stay overnight as it took way too much time on financing, which I should have just done myself also. They did not have the security code for the factory stereo and did not offer to try to secure the code. Despite clarifying my address and spelling of my name, when I went to sign all the paperwork my name was spelled wrong. The next day I sent an email asking for a copy of the carfax for my records and have received no reply. Was offered no additional money off the deal despite all the headaches and having to stay overnight nearby as the purchase and discussions took far too long. If this wasn't the exact car I was looking for, I would have NEVER turned around and given my business to this dealership and the staff that just didn't do their work and make this deal go smoothly.

The service was acceptable but the service department
The service was acceptable but the service department lies about services required and does not follow Jeep recommendations. Tried saying since we live in Illinois we are sever use. Jeep list sever use as off-road and dusty conditions.
