didn’t really explain anything to me.

didn’t really explain anything to me. and waited about 3 hours i should’ve been told it would take that long so i could go home and not wait at the dealership. I told her i only need a oil change and asked if it was going to be free and she said yes i didn’t agree to anything she told me. Before the service started she made me sign a sheet and i asked if her if it was ONLY the oil change and she said yes and i signed it thinking it will be free because she told me but at the end i did not sign that form because i didn’t know what even was.

Scott Rosenberg is an outstanding salesman. He cares about providing the highest level of service to his customers. He got us exactly what we wanted and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. Ozzie is the best finance person to work with. No matter the challenge he can get it done. We buy all our cars from Ray!!

I've been having my '15 RAM serviced at Ray in Fox Lake

I've been having my '15 RAM serviced at Ray in Fox Lake for several years now and I have never been disappointed. A Special shout out to Mike Olsen, Clint, and of course the service manager, Ron Cook. The crew at Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is second to none. There are several RAM dealership/service centers that are much closer to my house but I feel the trip is definitely worth it. Ron Cook runs a tight ship and recruits all the right people for all the right positions. Great job!

I needed to have my engine replaced and Ray’s team was

I needed to have my engine replaced and Ray’s team was great to work with. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable are only a few words I would use to describe the team. The team kept me up to date with the progress of the work and explained everything in great detail. I will continue to service my vehicle at Ray’s.

This is the second time my Jeep Compass has been brought

This is the second time my Jeep Compass has been brought back for the same reason, the problem still has not been rectified. Anna was fabulous…professional and kind, but unfortunately my jeep has not been fixed. I drive it daily with apprehension in fear that this issue is going to result in an accident.
