Went to Wesley Chapel Mini and they topped off our oil and fluids at no charge even though it was not time for servicing. They were kind and respectful. Very enjoyable experience.

Love my MINI
Hands down, the best car shopping experience I've had. Matthew and the entire staff were friendly, helpful and available with answers to our questions. I never felt pressured and Matthew helped me into a MINI staying within MY budget!!! I still have to pinch myself every time I see her... LOVE my MINI!!

Sportin' a MINI

Rushed, Not helpful, this place is ALL about the money
I purchased a used Mini Cooper from a dealer in Tampa with an extended warranty. After having many issues with this vehicles, I decided to trade it in for a Certified Pre-Owned on the lot. Matt in sales is AWESOME. A very caring individual with great sales techniques. I did a sign-and-drive for $350 a month, and felt awesome about the whole situation and drove it home that day! Newer car, no worries! FALSE. I was called in a few days after the sign-and-drive, saying they had a "surprise" for me. I drove the hour drive to the dealer (without gas compensation) to be told my surprise is a $465 monthly car payment. I was so upset with the Financial Manager actions and how he spoke to me throughout the whole experience. After all said and done the payments are a bit lower, but I was told by the Financial Manager that he cut all profits out of the deal seeming to attempt to make me feel bad? Now a month has past, and my trade off has not been paid off and the car sits for sale on the lot. I don't know what to do about this situation, but I know I am NEVER taking my car to the dealership and urge everyone else to be careful. This place is ALL about the money. Matt and Jorge (in service) are great though, always providing me with the right resources and customer service.

It was unforunate this all happened as you can see the service was excellent until the lender that pre- approved this client turned the purchasel down in funding based on information givin by client . Mini of Wesley Chapel made every concession every way by obtaining financing else where and lowering the price of the vechicle to reach the approve structure determined by lender. Exceptional Service!
Mini of Wesley Chapel has been amazing to me time after time! I have owned three Minis so far and been to a lot of Mini dealers for service, which none of them have ever come close to the atmosphere and friendliness as they do. All the service representatives and service manager are personable, understanding, knowledgeable and always fun to work with. You can really tell they legitimately love there job and it shows in the customer service.I recommend this dealer for all your car's service needs because they always are willing to help anyway they can. I really feel at home and welcome every time Im there.

FANTASTIC service!
My experience at this dealership and dealing with a team such as this one exceeded my expectations. They each individually, especially Brian Doonan went ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to, to ensure that I received the repairs that I needed in addition to being mindful of the time that I needed my MINI back (also being from out of town) as well as my budget. Prior to going to this MINI location (after buying my MINI used off of a different dealership lot) I never went to MINI dealerships to service my vehicle, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND so that if anything goes wrong you show loyalty to being apart of the MINI family and they will work with you the best that they can, and after going to this dealership, it made me second guess ever going elsewhere because the service never even came close to what I personally experienced with this team (somehow they made getting an entire new engine not awfully draining- which is also why I recommend ALWAYS going to MINI to service your car- my mistake not doing so). They were very welcoming and had me in their best interest and treated my car as if it were their own. I have every intention of driving back to this location when I decide to upgrade to a new model of MINI down the road. I look forward to working with them again and I hope everyone else who is looking to buy a MINI or service their vehicle goes to this location!

New Customer
My first experience with the service department was yesterday afternoon at around 3PM and met with Andy...Excellent Service !!..The waiting area with those recliners and the friendly Baby Bulldog make me relaxed and comfortable as I waited for my car...Loved it sooo much that I went back this morning with my wife's car. I walked in and was greeted by Brian who at first seemed sincere in taking care of me. He became concerned that I did not have an appointment and how Lucky I was to be able to get in cause customers are usually lined out the door !!!! So I'm Lucky to get service ?? or are you lucky to have a new Customer ??? Waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change...when I went to check on Brian about my car at the One Hour Mark...he seemed surprised...don't you think he should have been checking on me at that point ? Jorge finished the paper work and finally got me out the door. Seems like a nice place otherwise...one other thing, the coffee cups are too small for the amount of coffee that comes out of the automated coffee machine. It overflowed and I burnt my hand when I reached it to retrieve it.

New proud owner of a MINI
Hans is my hero! His first pick for me was the PERFECT car, which I subsequently leased. Not to mention, he kept my dad (consigner and bargainer Extraordinare) fed and comfortably watching the rays game in a recliner as we waited to sign. I left the lot in my dream car and I'm so grateful :)

Fantastic MINI experience
A MINI was something we knew we wanted, but we weren't quite ready to purchase. When our current vehicle needed major repair, and we found ourselves in the position of needing a new vehicle sooner than planned, we went to talk to our sales rep, Sam. We wanted to get into our first MINI, but weren't sure if we could make it work. Sam went out of his way to find us the perfect car that fit within our budget. Mike (the GM) and the rest of his team were kind, curious, and bent over backwards to help us. When it came time to pick up our MINI Countryman (which was beautifully detailed), Sam came in on his day off to make sure we had everything we needed. We're very happy with our MINI, and equally happy that this is the dealership we'll be calling "home." Oh, and Cooper the Bulldog was the icing on the cake! Thank you!

Great experience with service and salesman, particularly Hans!!! He was great to work with, thank you. Service told us exactly what our 2007 Mini needed. Originally we were not looking for a new Mini, but while waiting we looked at the various Minis and found exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase.
