An Excellent Experience

First visit to a MINI store. Sam new the product, answered all questions and provided information that I didn't ask but needed to know. Explained as we walked in that we were not ready to buy for 9-12 months. Spent well over an hour knowing we were not going to buy. While we are not sure we are going to buy a MINI, if we do it will be from Sam and Wesley MINI.

marvelous mini convertible Cooper

I recently decided we were ready for a convertible! I leased a new mini from Wesley chapel and could not be more pleased. A gentleman by the name of Jay Melinger helped us and was the most professional, courteous, and generous employee I have worked with at any dealership. He made the process of picking out a new car and all the hassle that goes with that a breeze. I will definitely be back to this dealership when my lease ends! Thank you I Love My Mini! :-)

Gives Mini a bad name.

My wife & I bought a Mini Cooper S convertible from Mini, Wesley Chapel on 07/30/2014. At first we were very pleased with the vehicle and the service we received. Unfortunately after owning the car for a few weeks our opinions started to change which is a shame as the car cost us $27,000. 1.We were told by our salesperson that the car had only one previous owner when it had two. 2.We were also assured that the car came with a warranty having done only 22,000 miles. Turns out it didn't have any warranty at all. 3.After a couple of months the fuel pump broke. This was fixed by Mini at no charge but fuel pumps shouldn't be failing on 3 year old, low mileage cars. 4.After 5 months of owning the vehicle, my wife received a phone call telling her that our original finance approval hadn't actually been submitted to the credit union and that we would have to refinance and that our payment would probably go up. 5.The car had started to emit a strange sound and a noticeable smell from the turbo charger, the silver coating around the air intake on the hood had also started to bubble which I thought was a bit strange. After driving it the hood and air intake was ridiculously hot to touch. After talking it through we decided that it would be in our best interest to hand the car back and forget about Mini. The only good thing is that we never made a payment on the vehicle so we had a free car for 5 months! If you're thinking about buying a Mini from this dealership please make sure it has a long warranty and I would recommend having the car checked out by an independent mechanic. For the record, the car we returned was a 2011 British Racing Green, Cooper S Convertible with ivory leather seats. Make sure you get a long warranty on the turbo charger!

Finally a car salesperson that listens

Buying our new 2014 Cooper Hardtop S was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Joni spent a great deal of time talking to my wife and I about what we liked and what we didn't with our old vehicle and about our life in general. Through that conversation she was able to discern what was important to us and was able to identify the perfect fit for our lifestyle and budget. At the end of the day, we spent less time and received better attention and service from Joni than we did with anyone else we tried to work with. I cannot express in words how wonderful this experience was, particularly when you consider it was centered around buying a car, which has always been (at least for me) a remarkably painful and irritating experience. I highly recommend visiting Joni at this dealership if you are in the market for a car. You will save a tremendous amount of time and energy just going to her first instead of beating your head against the wall with someone else trying to fast talk you into something you don't want without features you do want, for a price nobody wants.

A delightful experience

Thank you to Mini of Wesley Chapel and to Joni Ann Newton in particular!! You have such a pleasant atmosphere and the purchase of my blue countryman was the best car buying process I've had. I look forward to a long lasting relationship and highly recommend them to all inquiries.

Made buying my new mini a joy!

Our sales person Hans-Christian was excellent! Not aggressive, knew his product and was patient with us. We came here to buy a mini convertible which ended up not being what we wanted and thanks to Hans we came away with the perfect mini for our needs. Also, Michael Trivigno, general manager really helped us make the deal. A very friendly team effort. Outstanding experience!

Worth the Drive

I researched online for my preowned vehicle, sent info to Mini through their website. That evening received phone call from manager, Hesus introducing himself and confirming my appt. The next day drove 40 minutes, greeted by everyone throughout the process from GM to reception, even Cooper! The team is extremely welcoming and accommodating. No pressure at all. I did not even feel like I was at a "car dealership". Everyone there was working, no donuts, no smoking, no vultures. I felt like I made friends. I even drove away in the most beautiful car at an awesome price with a warranty that Mini provided. AWESOME! I will be back for my next one too!

Very Pleased!

Very pleased with the outcome of being able to purchase my own MINI Countryman. I was in a lease and over on miles so I wanted to buy a mini instead of lease. So, I called Dave, who referred me to Joe. He & Mike both worked hard me to get me into a new Countryman that had what I was looking for and could fit my budget. Everyone very friendly. I will definitely go back there to get my next one - a Convertible!!

Awesome dealership

Worked with the dealership from sales up to the General Manager and everyone meets and greets you with a smile and a handshake. Pressure to sign is non-existent. Jonianne made the experience one of the best that I've ever dealt with when buying a ride.

Competent and Fun!

Went in for an oil change and discovered that I also needed a coolant pump. Service was complete and quick and also got to play with Cooper the English Bulldog puppy and mascot!! Staff is always friendly and competent.
