Best car buying experience ever

My expectations were over exceeded. The staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They listened to what I wanted and needed in a car.

Played Games and Changed the Price

I was considering a Mini Paceman. When I went to the manager's office (who presented me with contract options) he told me that I could only get the reduced price (clearly marked on the vehicle) if I signed a contract at 3.9%. I have excellent credit and told him I would not pay that high of an interest rate. I told him I wanted MIni's 1.99%, which is offered on their website. He told me he could only give me that if I paid the original, full price of the car. He continued to talk a lot of rubbish, trying to justify his stance with ridiculous claims. I left, went to Ferman Mini and purchased the same car, for the same price, at the 1.99;. Ferman worked with me to get me what I wanted. Go there, not to Wesley Chapel Mini.

Do Not Follow Up

I purchased a new car from Mini of Wesley Chapel a little over three weeks ago. They owe me an equity check for the difference between the new car and trade-in. They promised it would be mailed within two weeks. I have been trying to contact them via phone and email. They will not answer their phones. I have contacted BMW and Miniusa regarding the situation. It seems they are happy to sell you a car but do not follow-up on service or promises.

The service department is excellent! Very patient and very efficient. I have switched all the family vehicles over to be serviced here! They are always very professional and make sure to meet and address all my concerns. I would recommend the service department to anyone needing service no matter what type of vehicle.

Love love LOVE!!! The service department was very professional. Fast to work with my needs! I called and they had me scheduled in the following day. Jorge was extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions and even worked with my work schedule to make sure that I had a ride home. I would absolutely recommend Mini of Wesley Chapel to anyone needing get their Mini serviced. I have been extremely impressed with the facility, the staff and my overall experience.

BEWARE......BEWARE......BEWARE..Service

Service department recommendations are a total $$$$ scam. Original new car owner purchased from another dealer. Service for factory recall. Was told my car with 42,000 needed brakes and tires. Original Goodyear Runflats are junk as we all know, BUT brakes. NO WAY. Replaced the tires at my local tire guys I've know for years and we looked at the brakes. About 75% still remaining. Not needed at all. The estimate for this work was incredibly high even compared to my dealer I purchased the car from and was NOT needed. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU. PERIOD. Car guy for many years including Porsche and Corvette Club. Racer. Usually MINI dealers are better than this.
