Service provider Derek was rude and had an attitude when

Service provider Derek was rude and had an attitude when I was speaking with the mechanic. He was saying to a co-worker that it’s only one f**kin part and it shouldn’t be this hard.I was there a total of 5 hours because I hard other work done that was completed but I waited 3 hours for a tire rotation that was the last thing they had to do. I saw people coming after me leaving before me. I texted my service provider and received no text back about the status of my car. I went to go ask in person and then he said everything was ready and he couldn’t get his desk back after lunch. When it was time to leave he told me not to do the survey if I didn’t like him because he would lose money. He was holding my keys when he was telling me not to do the survey and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to call mini multiple days to get the survey sent to me. Would not recommend this service provider to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership for the second time around. Charles Fernandes is fabulous and I’d recommend him to anyone. I was treated with respect , courtesy and kindness. The car buying experience is a pleasure here.

Do not buy from this dealer

Do not buy from this dealer. In fact, run, if you find yourself there. Phil, one of the managers is unprofessional and just downright a nasty human being. They will be nice and sweet to get you to buy and the ink won’t even be dry on the paper before you see their true colors. They won’t stand by their own warranty, much less the extra warranty they sell you. Three months has passed when I bought the car and had to deal with this crooked company the day after I bought the car. The GM won’t call you back to discuss and I have also asked for proof that they actually did the work to justify the padded amount of money they put in every deal, which is something to protect the windshield, exterior and interior of the car, which doesn’t look like was done at all. I have asked for this at least 5 times and no one will provide. Go to CarMax to buy a car. At least CarMax is honest. Any place is better than BMW Mini Wesley Chapel. Steer clear of Phil, Abby (who represents that she is a manager, who Phil actually says she is his secretary). Any business can be nice just to get your money. It’s what happens after the sale that a company shows its honesty and integrity. I have never written a review about a car purchase before. This experience has been such a nightmare, I had to let people know what you are in for if you buy from this company. BUYERS BEWARE!

I want to thank Charles Fernandez for his excellent service . I purchased my lease car this week and Charles was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions and stayed in contact throughout the buyout. His customer service exceeded my expectations.
