My experience was very positive. Even though the business manager was very, very busy, she (Anna) did a great job. David Andriew was personable and easy to deal with…..and I appreciated that he stayed with us long after ‘quitting’ time to ensure all went well in the business office.

Does not matter about setting a time
Do not send them a text and set a time. You show up for a vehicle they say is available only for some other salesperson to sell it from underneath you. No communication between anyone.
