Staff was excellent in aiding a blind veteran through the whole car buying experience. Mr. Luay had super excellent phone communication skill. He is sincere in his caring about his customer. We are very pleased with this purchase. Mr Chris was excellent in aiding the veteran with the proper signing of finance pages. The Manager was extra helpful, with aiding us in accommodations for our stay overnight. The whole staff even gave us history on the local culture. What a wonderful experience. It was well worth the trip. They truly made the veteran happy and secure with his new purchase.
