Luay also was able to similarly able to satisfy my brother-in-law in his successful search for a car of his own, even though there were some old, nagging problems with a previous bankruptcy he had in his history. Luay emerged as a hero in helping the young man, who ended up walking out with a used 2012 Chrysler Touring Sedan as his new ride. I bought my first ever Infiniti in January 2019. Well I honestly did not think or expect to be treated the way I was treated. I felt that it was all about me and my family the entire time I was there and every time I went there I felt it was always about me and my family. Even when I would just talk to my salesman over the phone he was never pushy or made me feel uncomforatble or anything again it was all about me and my family and what I wanted. Michael was my salesman and he was absolutely AMAZING! Again I had no idea what people meant when they said it is a Luxurious dealership well I definitely found out what they meant. It is all about the customer and customer service! I spent over a few months looking and went to a few Luxurious dealerships and I have nothing bad to say about Infiniti of Lafayette at all. They worked with me on everything and I am so happy I decided to go with Infiniti!

Mr. Luay was very patient with us and answered all our questions and explained many features in the car. He is Very knowledgeable of the vehicles and their features. He made sure that we didn’t leave the dealership unless we were totally satisfied. The customer service was excellent. If only all businesses has customer service like this dealership.
