Left HD 2500 for repair while gone on a 10 day trip. Diagnostics performed before I left. No phone calls or voice mail follow up. Pick up was not ready upon return, but scheduled in and repaired on day of my return AFTER my inquiry phone call.

The service writer kept us informed of the progress of the work to be done and as soon as she found that it would take longer than expected , my Wife and I were offer the use of a loaner . The work was finished later in the day and since we had a loaner they decided to keep the car over nite so as to do a pressure test on the cooling system the following morning. We got our car back in the morning , everything checked out and we were on our way, great job done by the technition.

After getting the run around at several other dealerships I went too, I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience. I walked in and they had the vehicle I was interested in sitting there ready for a test drive, I walked out 45 minutes later a proud owner of a 2018 Silverado z71!! definitely will be back when it’s time for another vehicle! Our buying experience was very good. Our sales person was very informative, helpful, and listened to our needs and helped us find the right car. He worked hard to find us discounts and rebates. The only negative to the experience was the hard sell on the warranties. I understand that you think that the extended warranty is a good value and want to explain that to your customers, but no means no. It means no the first time I say it and it still means no the fourth time I say it. I was beginning to get aggravated at his hounding. I’m just trying to honest. I’m not upset and I would return to buy another car but you don’t need to be so aggressive in selling the warranty packages.
