Great service advisor

Went to dealership for potential brake problem during a camping trip. Service adviser was very helpful and everything checked out ok. They recommended additional services needed.

First and last stop for used Buick.

Very pleasant experience. John David Jones was our Sales Consultant and was very professional and had a non-high pressure sales tactic approach. Sales manager was also very polite and upfront about the vehicle we had to wait awhile, due to our credit union and John was very accomandating the whole time. It was worth the drive and they had just the vehicle we wanted. Keep up the good work.

Found just the right vehicle.

Great customer service!

Josh genuinely cares about his customers. He listened and clarified the information I provided as to needing a vehicle. He then worked hard at placing me with just the right vehicle. He went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate Josh! I highly recommend!

Oil change tire rotation

Grease all over the door seats outside of car. Hood steering wheel etc they cleaned it up but it never should have happened considering it was a brand new Denali Yukon XL

Better buying experience than expected

From price to service and dealing with my concerns, I waked away with a new truck that I wanted at the right price. They went far abd above what I’ve experienced at past dealers. Highly recommended!

Finally made a decision on a truck after many internet stops

Phil Wright was competing with Superior Chevrolet in Conway. Superior actually gave me a better price on a comparable Chevrolet model. We have purchased 5 Toyotas from Phil Wright. The GMC truck was what I had researched. Phil Wright Service Department has always treated us right in the past with our Toyota service work.

Good purchasing experience.

Camron Harris did a good job finding the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Overall it was a good experience in purchasing a vehicle. However it took longer than it should have to meet the financial manager and pay for the vehicle.
