Exceptionally slow but, the employees are nice!

I had an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I finally got to leave at 3:30, two hours for service is ridiculous. I get over by Walmart and noticed that a light was on that wasn't on before so, I had to turn around and take it right back. When I pulled in I was told that it had been on when I had arrived at 1:30 and it had been noted on my paperwork, it had not and I was 100% certain that the light had not been on. I notice anything and everything about my vehicle and a light that comes on clearly stands out to me. After convincing the employee that I wanted it looked at again, they did find an error on the service departments end. The air filter wasn't adjusted properly and it was causing the light to remain on. I usually don't complain about having to wait for an hour somewhere but, 2 is unacceptable especially when this hasn't been the only time for me waiting this long for service. The time before this I was given a discount because I had to wait for 2 hours. I suggest that maybe your service department shouldn't try to book so many people for that day. I understand that it is a busy time of year because people are needing service done on their vehicles before leaving on vacation and such. I hope that next time I come in for service that it's operating a little better. Thanks!

AC woes, Phil Wright to the rescue!

AC went out in our 2014 Buick Enclave while visiting our son in Russellville. Of course it was in the middle of a July heatwave We are from Charlotte NC. My son recommmended Phil Wright and we gave them a call. This was on 5 July the day after a holiday so we anticipated a back log of service and a long long wait. We spoke with Lindsay in the service department and right away our hopes took a giant leap forward. She was very professional and obviously has a great deal of skill in dealing with the public. She also had a weath of technical and automotive knowledge. She got our car in to be checked out and arranged for almost instantaneous transportation to take us back to our hotel. Later she called us and advised us on the issue and ordered the replacement air compressor needed to get our AC back in top notch working order. Lindsey and the staff of mechanics at PWA are a tribute to the companies obvious dedication to customer service, perfessionalism and honesty. It would have been very easy for a dealership to take advantage of a couple from out of state but If I had any concern of that it disappeared the instant I started talking to Lindsay. This is the way a dealerships service department should work. In my book it doesn’t get any better than this !

oil change

I had my oil changed. It usually takes about an hour. They check the battery, all the fluids and rotate the tires. I appreciate this. I just wish it didn't cost so much. I think if you buy your vehicle there get your oil changed there that they would do yours for a decent price. Or maybe buy 3 get one free.

Mysterious Problem

The professionalism and knowledge of GM products helped to identify our serious problem with our daughters car. Her safety is the most important thing. As they completed our repairs upon the test drive they identified another safety issue unrelated to the first problem that needed immediate attention. With our daughter traveling the back roads at night, it was a blessing they discovered this problem when they did. Now we have peace of mind as she is a novice driver and unaware of warning signs of trouble. At least we know that this car is safe from being stranded on the side of the road. Thanks Phil Wright Autoplex, Danny Hipps who has watched over me for over 20 years and Vernon my I.T. guy for working all the gadgets on my car and our other two. Thanks so much!

Customer service

Chance and Danny took care of us. They sold us a quality vehicle at a good price. We also left some valuable property in our trade-in and they secured it for us and returned it. Very happy with these guys and this dealership.

Excellent Customer Service

Phil Wright has excellent employees (sales, finance, and service) that work to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase and service. I bought two vehicles from Phil Wright over the last two years and always use Phil Wright to service my vehicles. Every employee I have dealt with has been professional and courteous at all times. Painless Car Purchase

I drove from Little Rock to purchase my used vehicle. I was financing the vehicle and expected to be at the dealership for about 3 hours. Nope! The paperwork was finished in 90 minutes, and I was on my home to LR with the vehicle. Very friendly customer service.

Extended maintenance plan

Waiting on a oil change and maintenance on your vehicle takes them forever, paid for the tires to be balanced they never were the first time and rotate tires every oil change sometimes they do sometimes they don't.. after the last service I called and let him know that that's what I want done finally got everything taken care of but it still took them a good while.

Best service!

This is the most customer friendly service department I have ever dealt with in my life. Instead of dreading getting my car serviced, I know the place runs like a business should. I am on time, they are on time! Clear explanations of what they did. I never feel like the whole outfit is out to skin me.

Wife happy!

SEE ABOVE.......I did have to go outside and look......Never seen a $65 pair of wiper blades!!!!....Other than that SEE ABOVE!!!! Good service!!! No more blades please!
