Spent over $1900 and still have the motor icon on my dash. That was the reason we took the car in. As long as that icon is showing, the remote start will not work.

Oil change that I booked took an hour and a half.
Oil change that I booked took an hour and a half. I booked the appointment in advance and they left me waiting as well as many others in the waiting room. On previous visits I was told if I wanted to”good service” I needed to book before 4pm. I would not be back if it wasn’t for the fact I still have oil changes on my account.

I’ve not had great service.
I’ve not had great service. Personnel are courteous and polite, but inattentive and slow. Service time is ridiculous., 2 1/2 - 3 hours for an oil change! Second time my vehicle sat for over an hour before it went in, then it sat for another 30 minutes because my writer was out.
