They were nice enough to get us in since we were

They were nice enough to get us in since we were traveling. The service department said we needed a computer update to fix our transmission problem. They said it was fixed and they test drove it. I made it about 40 miles and the transmission went out. The 2025 traverse with less than 2000 miles in now in Pine Bluff at smart Chevrolet getting a new valve body that is on order. So as you can see I am very disappointed.

Don’t have an opinion based on this service. Took truck in for a safety recall on the tail gate. I have no idea what they did of if they did anything. Dropped truck off. Got a call it was done. I have no idea what/if anything they did.

We had our normal oil change and tire rotation.

We had our normal oil change and tire rotation. I came on time and they got me right in. In the past it took longer than normal but this time it was quick and I was completely satisfied.
