Service did not inform me of issue like they told me they
Service did not inform me of issue like they told me they would. We discussed possibly needing an alignment along with servicing vehicle. The after action of visit was that I needed to schedule an alignment. Reminded them that was why I was there. Alignment finished 1 1/2- 1 3/4 hours later.

Oil change is more expensive than other dealerships.
Oil change is more expensive than other dealerships. I paid with a credit card and wasn’t told of the surcharge to use it. I would have wrote a check.

Experience was good.
Experience was good. The cost to get the oil changed was very expensive compared to other dealers and there was a service charge to use a credit card which would have been nice to have known before. I could have wrote a check instead.
