Fowler Honda, Norman OK

I purchased my car here two years ago and because of the friendly sales staff and easy buying experience I continue to bring my car here for expert service. This dealer offers a friendly small town customer service relationship in a large metropolitan area. The service is easy to schedule on line and everyone is prompt, friendly and experienced in helping me keep my car in like-new condition.

Car repair

I came without an appointment and they worked me in. I had the splash shield come detached and dragging on the ground. They found the part I needed and replaced it. It also needed a new alignment which was done. Taylor and the crew have always been GREAT to me when I needed service!

Great Service

I bought my Honda CR-V from Fowler in 2014. Been going back for the past 6 years for various services. Love the service department. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

great experience getting my car serviced

Fowler Honda did a great job servicing my car. I had previously taken my car to several other dealerships and mechanics. Some of the other places told me they could not fix my car while others said they could only fix it if they charged me several thousand dollars. Fowler Honda was extremely professional and efficient and they were able to fix my car for under $400. I am very impressed. My service advisor was Charles Gregory and I could not have asked for someone more honest and professional.

Disgruntled Customer

On a questionnaire I was asked, "What could Fowler do better?" My answer is: Provide full disclosure on used vehicle conditions. I was told that a pickup I was interested in was in good, "clean" condition. So I drove 4 hours to buy this vehicle. Well, everything was good except for poorly repaired and repainted areas. Most of this I did not discover until several days after I had purchased the vehicle and saw it in just the right orientation in full sunlight. Don't believe a Clean Carfax report as those reports do not tell the full story! There were other issues with the purchase/buying process so I would suggest that if you deal with Fowler Automotive....be careful!

We like Fowler.

The Fowler team was courteous and fast. Their team member Josh was especially helpful. My wife and I had a very good experience. We love the car.

Wonderful shopping experience

I went to 5 dealerships looking for a new vehicle. Fowler Honda was the only one that would negotiate with me. Chas the sales manager and Lindsay did a terrific job of finding the right vehicle in my price range. It was the best car buying experience I have every had!
