Pretty good experience
My wife and I just bought a 2012 Lincoln MKX from Fowler Honda. I have to say, our salesman, Kenny, was absolutely awesome. He was very helpful throughout our process, informative, and genuinely nice. We are very happy with our purchase so far. The finance portion took quite awhile, but I think that was because there were several people buying cars at the time we were. There was some pressure to buy the extended warranty, but I think that's to be somewhat expected. Overall, we had a good experience. The lounge area to wait in is very comfortable, clean bathrooms, free coke fountain to get drinks while you wait. I really hope this review gets back to Kenny or his manager because he was a pleasure to deal with.

bad experience--anti-Semitic joke
It has taken me a long time to write about this. My dad came to Norman to help me buy my first car since moving to OU. We were between a Honda and a Toyota. We wanted to see the deals on the new Corollas before we made a decision and said that to the salesperson and his manager. The manager seemed angry and even called the Toyota dealers to check on the deals himself. We were about to leave when the manager said, "You know, there's a JEWISH deli in Norman if you're interested. I bet you would like it!" Obviously he was making a reference to us wanting a better deal and a certain hurtful stereotype about Jews. I quickly looked at my dad who acted like he hadn't heard it so I tried to let it go--but just two days ago he admitted that he had. They turned what should have been a good day into a scary one--what kind of people work at Fowler Honda that they would make this joke so openly? What would it have been like if my dad and I were Jewish? I can still see the manager's face in my head as he said it. If they listed their sales staff on their website I would name him right here. DON'T go to this dealer, especially if you are a minority--they will definitely treat you badly.

Bad experience at Fowler Honda
I have bought 3 Honda from Fowler Honda in the past no problem this time I called and got an internet price when I arrived they had added $1,000 to the price for the vehicle saying he was accessories which was not the price that they gave me on the phone also they kept going back and forth on the interest rate that I would receive unfortunately this will be the last time I shop at Fowler

Exemplary Buying Experience
I shopped the different Honda dealerships in and around OKC. Honda Fowler in Norman is, to my tastes and needs, absolutely the best Honda dealership available here. I purchased a Honda from Fowler ( Salesman Tajid) who made the buying experience go very smoothly. He was more than personable and courteous throughout the buying process and negotiations. The car I wanted at the terms and conditions I needed were professionally negotiated and execution of the sales contract and delivery of the car went smoothly and quickly. Of note, an exceptionally clean and well designed showroom with a new car lot that was well organized and easily accessed. My experience with Fowler is unquestionably the best car buying experience I've ever had - Mr. Fowler has an exceptional dealership and is to be commended for his dealership.

Anything to make the sale
on March 2nd I ventured 300 miles to Norman OK from Newton ks to buy a 2016 HRV. We told our sales person, Martin our reservations about buying a used car, as we have had a bad experience in the past. He said numberous things that were intended to ?sell? us on this HRV. Martin knew we were out of state customers, and boasted that there was ?new? tires and that?s the extra mile Fowler goes. Fast forward to yesterday April 16th, I notice i have 2 dangerously bald tires on the front half of my NEW CAR. Having only driven 4000 miles in the 5 weeks I?ve had the car, you can imagine my surprise when I saw my new tires completely bald. I was unable to get replacement tires at my local tire shop because i was not provided with a lugnut key. When I contacted the dealership they said there was nothing they could do, and if the tire was to blow out it would be covered. It sounded insane that i was to wait until my tire Blew out putting myself and my husband in a dangerous situation. Martin sent us on our way, 300 miles home, with the first hand knowledge that our tires were not safe, and god forbid we did get in an accident where we both weren?t killed, we wouldn?t be able to put our spare on anyway because we weren?t provided with a lugnut. In the last 5 weeks i have bragged about Fowler about the affordable prices and nice staff but now I am furious with how insignificant my husband and i were to staff at Fowler, And how our safety was not a priority for them. I am now out 300$ to replace these bald tires and locked lugnuts because at the end of the day, we were just a sale for Martin and not actual people whose lives matter.

Honda Civic review
Our experience with Fowler was all positive. Penny was an excellent salesperson. We had 1 service issue which they promptly and correctly adjusted under warranty. We were so impressed with our Civic we went back two months later and bought a second Civic.

The worst salesman
adam Stout salesman would rather take car to auction then sell to me cause how much money they will make on car . Haha auction got there highs and lows never know what you gonna get . Said we will beat or match trade in anywhere else did neither . Can?t believe $786 would ruin our business .

Bad customer service ever!
Fowler does not care about you. Last Saturday I go to looking a new car with my brother. We go around until a salesman come to us without introduce himself and ask us what we looking for. I told him that we look for a Honda Civic hatchback sport then he go check and come out said sorry that they not getting that car until next 3 months. The way he said really rude and unprofessional, like we should go look for another dealer he not suggest for another car or dealer can order it for us. He just stand their and talk about his new car he just bought 60k with cash. My brother have to figure out his name by look at his name tag but not from his mouth and his name is Justin B. I'm look like a kid and don't have a lot of money like you but sorry we bought 4 new cars from this dealer already and the last one is last November. I send the comment to dealer's community they call me to get that salesman name and told me to sit tight with my phone because their manager will call me back and give me a explanation and you know what it never happen. None of them call me back. Never and ever recommend this dealer to my friend and of course my family not come back here anymore. If it was possible to give ZERO star I would!
