My wife had her 2020 RDX serviced today, an oil change
My wife had her 2020 RDX serviced today, an oil change and tire rotation. We were told it was ready to be picked up, so my wife went back to the dealership and paid. As she was getting ready to leave, her service advisor told her he needed to check her windshield wiper fluid. He was looking under the hood and announced that the engine oil was low. The service advisor went into the maintenance area and returned with a female technician, who brought oil to add to the vehicle. The technician informed my wife that the oil cap had been left off, but that she was now good to go. This is unbelievable to say the least. I have seen the quality of service decreasing at this dealership over the last year and a half. I have posted other reviews on Google reviews as well. I’ve almost had it and am going to start looking for a new place to have my Acuras serviced.

Took Acura MDX in for repairs and from November 2024 to
Took Acura MDX in for repairs and from November 2024 to March 2025 service went from 5 stars to barely 2 stars. The only time I had any contact with a service advisor was at drop off. Got a text message telling what was wrong with my car and since it was simple and under warranty it was fixed and it said car was ready for pick up. And in November I had a courtesy car but now in March told they don?t do that anymore. Then when I arrived no advisor on the service floor only one guy there and when he asked me what I was there for he did not tell me what was wrong and fixed with my car and ask me if there was any questions. I was told to go to counter to check out where a clerk gave me my receipt and then had some girl from the office bring my a-spec mdx around. And they did not do a rinse off as they did in the past they parked under a tree where there was several bird droppings on my car. So the lack of respect for my car and any type of personal service is disappointing. I will say all the staff were very nice for the few that I was lucky enough to encounter.
