I purchased 3 oil changes for a wagoner and the vehicle
I purchased 3 oil changes for a wagoner and the vehicle was in an accident. I ask to have it transferred To our 2nd vehicle due to the vehicle we were using was totaled and I was told we just loose the 300.00 + money To me that is wrong it is in fair to take advantage of the situation.

Find a vehicle on cargurus to be for sale at Bob Moore
Find a vehicle on cargurus to be for sale at Bob Moore CDJ. Submitted finance app, put in my car info for trade purposes, etc. First available appointment was 3 days thereafter and apparently doesn't mean a thing. Despite someone contacting me first thing the next day, that contact ended and I carried on waiting. Although I did miss the appointment as I had told them I likely would, they begin the contact as I'm on the way there and ask if I was still interested because they "think" the car I had applied for sold that morning. Was told despite my application in their hands apparently I needed to hold it with a deposit yet the website made no mention of that nor gave the option. Not that they care but that's pretty ignorant business practices IMO.

Worst Customer Service ever.
Worst Customer Service ever.. Had a DEF problem with a 2016 dodge ram 2500.. Paid 2150 in repair bill. Left with half a tank of DEF.. Service advisor Aaron.. Worst commutation I have ever had. . I was in the Tire and Auto repair business for 40 years before retiring. Picked up my truck with half a tank of DEF, and DEF all over the side of my truck..Not a good visit..

Service Department treated me well and completed my
Service Department treated me well and completed my truck’s needed services in about two hours as Aaron had told me it would take. They changed oil, its filter, fuel filter, rotated the tires, filled all five tires.
