Good Service

Very friendly, service done correctly and complete, No problems, Was able to watch work being done from the waiting room. They even gave my truck a quick wash after they serviced it.

Take vehicle elsewhere

Worst service department ever. They will lie to your face about your vehicle. They've had my truck for over a month and haven't even touched it

They are always excellent and helpful. The best! Aaron in the service department was an excellent representative. I have always worked with David in all my years at this dealership.

Great service done in timely manner. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Consistent quality service since I purchased my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Overland!

Worst service department of any dealership I've ever been

Worst service department of any dealership I've ever been to, if I could give negative stars I would. they had my truck for four days and never did one thing to it. All four days they left my $80K TRX sitting in the dark back corner of the lot for any thief to have their way. Kurt told me several times he would call with an update and not once did he do what he said he would do. I had to call and wait on hold for them to even find the paperwork to tell me that they had done nothing. He claimed they couldn't figure out what was wrong but I told them when I dropped it off EXACTLY what was wrong and what I wanted done. These people are WORTHLESS wastes of space and oxygen!!!

Be smart or they will treat you the opposite

Welp the only great thing was getting my car back it was recalled for whatever reason & I’m still not informed on what all they did or worked on horrible
