Service was quicker than quoted, staff was kind and

Service was quicker than quoted, staff was kind and professional. I asked about an ad I'd seen for 3 oil changes (which cut my cost by almost half) and requested a tire rotation. The gentleman suggested that I purchase the 3 oil changes with tire rotation for $170 total - quite a good deal!

Kyle O’Donley was very pleasant to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and made buying our new Ram truck a good experience.

Trash Service, Poor Customer Service

For the first time in 4 years I had a complaint about a job they did on my vehicle. I felt that the previous service was the cause to the loss of my rim and studs. I had my tires Rotated and Balanced although two months had passed do to my job and other work done to the vehicle it was in the shop or parked in my driveway. After getting it back 3 days later making sure there was no engine problems heard a noise parked it. First thought it was my diff so I took it back to the shop. One stud out of eight was broke off and the remaining were loose. My rim was also damaged therefore needed to be replaced. They qouted me a total 1200 I had a complaint of the previous service and shouldn't have to pay most of the bill. I was told they would talk to management never got back to me. A week had passed I called up there asked about time frame of my vehicle was told they would call me back in 15 minutes. Two hours passed called again could not get a hold of any Service advisors directed me to scheduling who could not answer any questions I gave up. Two days later sent me a text for a new bill of 1061 after completing the work. I was left with most of the bill and had no choice but to pay to get my truck out the shop. I felt my life was only worth 140 dollars to Bob Moore. I could of been killed or injured if my rim would of came completely off. I FELT MY RIM WAS UNDER TORQUED AND ONE OF THE STUDS BROKE FROM BEING LOOSE AS PER THE REST OF THE BOLTS. There was no discussion between the time of complaint or completion of the job. Should of gotten an answer the same day serious of an issue it was nope here you go this is what you owe us.

Very good customer service.

Very good customer service. The vehicle I was looking at was ready at the front door when I got to the store. Kyle was 5 star at answering all my questions.

Disappointed in service/repair dept.

Disappointed in service/repair dept. They didnt document (or check out) my main concern until I engaged w/manager, service was not timely (9 days in shop to complete 1/2 day job) & communication about status of my vehicle was poor. However, technician & manager were patient & professional in dealing with me. Now just waiting to see how repairs hold up!

Service department will rip your head off and don’t have

Service department will rip your head off and don’t have any good trained techs stay away from this place corporation own and don’t care about you or your car !!! 3 weeks and couldn’t fix my jeep charged me $650.00 and messes my bumper up at the same time

Mr TAYLOR, IN regards to this we have spoken this was the only way i was able to talk with you ! But you denied everything your shop did no wrong !but you know your in the wrong you know you where missing at work when i tried to meet you maybe your GM needs to watch when and if your there but that's not the issue the issue is you charged $650.00 and did not fix the car ! also your tech scrape the front textured front bumper with your calibration target . but you denied everything so be it never again will i do business with this dealership after years of my family buying vehicle's here ! sorry MR SMITH one fine sales man ! change jobs let me know where you go !!!
