“Old School” insults
Sales department (Rachel and Shaila) was great. Finance, however, was annoying and disrespectful. Nathan in finance was nothing but a high pressure salesman who, in taking offense to my refusal of his extended warranty offerings, managed to insult me by noting my “old school” mindset. He’s the very definition of a used car salesman and the precise reason I won’t be returning to Bob Moore dealerships in the future. If they keep clowns like that around for 16 years that tells me all I need to know about the culture of Bob Moore Group.

Very poor communication.
Very poor communication. Dropped vehicle off on the 19th, no one called me until the 27th. Called several times, and also texted, the day after vehicle was scheduled (22nd), never got a response to either. Service writer was very non-informative. No E.T.A. on completion once repairs were approved. I brought it in because inner fender had oil all over it, when I picked it up, still has oil all over it. Not impressed.
