Chic is a great salesperson. She is so nice, transparent and godly. She has such a wonderful spirit. Not only is she is great human she helped my husband get the car he wanted and quickly. He is so happy and I am so happy the process at this dealership was quick and straight to the point.

The service was good and they got it in-and-out and I fashion time. There are some things on the checklist I don't understand when they check it.

I purchased a used vehicle from here and it did not have all the floor mats. I called to get a replacement floor mat and they said they would not do this. The floor mats were all piled up in the back of the vehicle at the time of purchase and no mention was made a floor mat was missing. Our salesman and finance guy on the deal was awesome but the customer service after the sale is absolutely awful! We typically like to purchase from Bob Moore dealerships because of the customer service but I guess this is just another example of a car sales experience that fits the typical bill of crappy!

My Service Tech Aaron was wonderful listened to my problem with my truck and quickly to care of the issue. Very grateful it was resolved !
