Susan Najjar was the best.

Susan Najjar was the best. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable. She worked hard to please us and what we wanted and could afford. The business person was very personable and helpful. He was very pleasant. He was good at explaining things. I am very happy with my new car.

After visiting several dealerships and test driving

After visiting several dealerships and test driving several vehicles I visited David Mcdavid Lincoln Frisco. I almost cancelled my appointment that day because I was tired of the high pressure sales teams at the other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received from May Reyes and her manager. There were no dealership markups and Mary worked with me to get the price that fit my budget. I would definitely come back when it’s time to get another vehicle.

The mobile service was excellent, timely and

The mobile service was excellent, timely and professional. Kept me 100% informed of the inspection and process. Whenever possible I’d gladly select the Lincoln Mobile service if possible. The service department at the dealership I must say in the past has also provided excellent service. Once again the mobile service is excellent and I will use it as often as I can.

Great service experience.

Great service experience. Took Care of my care needs. Ceaser was amazing. Took care of issues from a previous experience. Communication is important to me and he nailed it.
