I purchased a Lincoln Aviator and have had it since March
I purchased a Lincoln Aviator and have had it since March of 2024. We keep it in the garage and only have approximately 10,500 miles. We took it on vacation. It rained. Nothing crazy. Water started dripping from the headliner. This is just one of the MANY problems we have had with this brand new car. We have had the car in the shop, this will be, the FIFTH time. I called the store three days ago to speak with a manager. I had to leave a message. It is now Tuesday and no call back. I reached out to the store and spoke to the operator. She was very short and frankly rude. She told me that no managers are on duty until magically one was and abruptly transferred me. Went straight to voicemail. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM LINCOLN OR DAVID MCDAVID. They boast on quality and superior customer service but deliver garbage and empty promises. Your up front experience will be amazing. Everything after that is, putting it kindly, a dumpster fire. And let’s be real; the after is the most important part! Be wary of these reviews. I gave a five star review when I bought the car. I would give the SERVICE and QUALITY of David McDavid Lincoln and the Aviator a negative star if I could. There are other cars and other dealerships. BEWARE DAVID MCDAVID LINCOLN IN FRISCO!

arrive, it's 6:50 pm. No one told me they closed at 7 pm and they refused to help. First, the girl at the front desk. No hello, just "we are about to close." Nevertheless, she tries to find someone. The below unnamed salesman tells me the same thing, they are about to close and everything is locked up. He also refused to give me his name. I asked for a manager, and allegedly the only one in the building was Richie, the finance manager. I was told he would help if I was willing to wait 15 minutes. Not the salesman, but the finance manager. Sad! Maybe someone to teach the guy pictured below that you make money by selling cars. This unprofessional salesman, refused to give me Richie's last name or the GM's last name. Fine, I'll take my business and money elsewhere. Cash in my pocket! Simply unbelievable. And to think, I'm also shopping for a new car for myself. David McDavid and executives, I hope you are reading this. As a lawyer, with a wife who is also a lawyer, we have money to spend when we want and your salesman are clueless. Avoid this car dealership. Not worth the drive. I drove from Lantana.
