Great Service

Richard A. was my service advisor. He keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle. Also if the repair is going to take longer than a day, I was provided with a loaner car so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from David McDavid.

Good Service Excellent facilities

The service rep understands the problem as I present it and he relays it to the mechanics and they get it done to my satisfaction. That is all that I ask. They have been servicing my auto for 12 years. ALD

Great Service

I always deal with Scott Nelson when I come in for service. Scott really cares about my needs or concerns and always takes the best route to analyze and fix any issues. He's very helpful in coordinating transportation to and from work. Highly recommend!

Great Service

I was so frustrated when I realized that I did not have a spare tire with my new car that I purchased from your dealership however Richard from the service department was so kind to me and so helpful. He immediately arranged for a tow truck so I could go to work and see my full schedule of patients. He was able to locate a used spare tire and jack so I would not be caught off guard again. I am a single woman and after owning the car for only 3 months I already have 7500 miles on the car. I drive many miles and often late at night on the roads. My only complaint is that I wished I had known from the very beginning that I did not have a spare tire. However, Richard bent over backwards to help me and was very professional and courteous.

First Class Dealership

Mr. Ancheta diagnosed the A/C problem, gave me a quote and promised me my car at a certain time. The car was repaired and available at the time it was promised. The cost of the repair came in at the quoted amount. No one can do any better than that.

Always treated right!!

I brought my 2010 MKX in for a recall inspection/repair on the fuel tank. Basic services were also completed and two new tires were installed to replace those that were worn. As always, Richard Ancheta was very professional and took the time to explain everything that was necessary to maintain my vehicles quality. He kept me informed when it was going to take more time to complete my services. All the other staff that I interacted with were also very friendly and attentive to my needs. I'm more than satisfied with last visit.

2010 Grand Marquis service work and repair.

I carried my Grand Marquis in for service and they found the root of a noise I had been hearing. They researched the noise, detected the problem and ordered the parts to fix it. I needed to leave town for an emergency and Richard Ancheta, my service manager assisted me in trying to locate a rental car until my car was repaired. Great service, great attitude and now my Marquis rides like it used to! Job well done and greatly appreciated!

Disappointed despite their reviews and ratings

I had negotiated a price on a used Navigator pending my review. I planned to pay cash. I also had a friend coming to the area the next day that was going to check it out for me. I bought a ticket to fly in and pick the car up. I provided my credit card information for a $2000 deposit, TDL# insurance and everything. My kids were excited and looking at the pictures online. I got a call (from Nick I think) a day later that they had already planned to ship the car to another one of their dealership and that he was sorry. I was like great, I will just buy it from them. He could not provide me any information on which other dealership it was going to. I asked, did you sell it to someone else for more money? Just tell me. He was adamant they hadn't but was no help whatsoever in helping me. Long story a little shorter my wife called and talked to a lady who had indicated she had sold the car. That was a whole day after taking all of my information. Granted they did not run my card but could care less I had bought a ticket to fly down and pick it up. No offer for assistance or even help in trying to locate a car for me. I was comfortable buying out of state from this dealership but they ruined that. Luckily I found what I was looking for at a Chevy dealership in West Palm Beach. The wait was worth it but it still left a sour taste in my mouth. I am a man of my word and expect the same.

Great Service

Scott Nelson has been my service advisor for at least the last four or five years and does an outstanding job of making certain that my Town Car is serviced properly. He is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with!
