Service for routine maintenance
I would give a higher grade overall, but I was not greeted for 20 minutes after arriving just after 12 noon. I realize it is lunch for some, but it is a staggered lunch. Two service advisors left their desks as soon as I arrived. Finally a kind elderly gentleman came out and said he was just a driver, but would help me if he could. My usual advisor was at lunch, so I told him I just wanted an oil change. He found someone who was willing to start the process for Ed to finish. It worked out well, but the wait was unusually long which was not necessary.

Great Service

Best service facility I have ever worked with.
The service was great and the service reps were helpful and did not push me to do unnecessary things to my car. They were kind enough to take no home after I dropped the car off and pick me up when the service was complete. I have had my Lincoln several years and would not think of taking it anywhere else.

Extremely Efficient and Friendly Buying Experience
We have leased upwards of 5-6 vehicles from Lincoln. While typically a great experience, this was by far the most excellent! The sales manager, Johnny Yanaz, was particularly helpful in making the experience efficient and customer-focused. Andrew Alexander was also a pleasure to work with. For a young man, he seemed to be especially enthusiastic in executing his duties. Low pressure, excellent, new car buying experience
