Great Service
I purchased a 2015 MKC on January 17, 2015 and on March 6, 2015 it stopped on me due to an issue with the alternator. Once I got to the service department Mac made me feel so welcomed and once he was notified of what was wrong he reassured me that the service department would get to the root of the problem before giving me my car back. My sales rep. Tremaine came over and put me in a loaner. I left with the feeling that everything would be taken care of completely and it was.

Awesome Experience
My experience was great. Made an offer via Instant Chat on your website. Susan Najjar presented the offer to her manager. The offer was accepted and we went to the dealership that evening to sign the paperwork. There was snow and ice everywhere. Susan Najjar moved the vehicle to the service drive so that we can inspect the vehicle. We had our own financing. The dealership offered their financing and were not pushy when we declined.
