David McDavid the BEST
A couple of years ago my daughter and wife were driving my Lincoln Town Car to lunch when an older gentleman illegally entered an intersection striking my lincoln on the right front portion and totally demolishing the car on that side. I loved that car and they realized how I would react upon hearing that my pride and joy (other than my wife of course) had been totaled. My daughter went to the internet and was lucky enough to locate David McDavid and Susan Najjar. Kim told Susan the story and upon my return not only had Susan located a Lincoln with the same features (even exact same paint job)...it was 2 years newer and had even more features with 50,000 fewer miles. Obviously I bought the car...the girls got out of the dog house and I was able to once again enjoy my driving experience. As good as I thought that experience was I had not yet met the guys in service. Troy Adkison does an incredible job. He is courteous and knows his stuff. He makes the entire process a very pleasant experience. David McDavid is fortunate indeed to have people like Susan and Troy interfacing with customers. It makes all the difference in the world. When I need to get another car...it will be a lincoln and I will buy it and service it at David McDavid.

It took two visits to resolve the problem. Out of loan cars the second time (but did get one from next door) Service is always great, as are the people.

Your team did a great job with the truck detail, truck looks amazing! The only reason I gave you all a 4 instead of a 5 was because I thought when i purchased the detail i was told they would touch up the scratches, they did not. This could have been a misunderstanding on my part.

Service on Saturday
I came in at the end of the day Saturday (3 PM for 4 PM close) and Ed was as nice as if I had shown up at 8 AM instead. Was not rushed out, my car was serviced by 4:00 including a wash and vacuum. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great service and very clean facilities.
Mr. Scott Nelson did an excellent job and took very good care. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and friends. I will have to get a new lease car in August. Need your help here. This will be my 6th Lincoln since 1974 in Dallas.

Top notch service. The service manager and the Service departmrnt did an excellent jo of making sure I was taken care of and that I new waht was being done to my vehicle by explaining all of the service details. I was helped as soon as I drove in and was provided an expected time that service would take. I was also advised of other things to consider that might need attention and i was given an option to do so while the vehicle was in service.
