The service department and service technician took care of me did an excellent job. He kept me informed on the status of my job. He did a good jobinforming me of what was needed to keep my navigator in good shape.

Great Service from Sales to finance

Our experience in our purchase was excellent. From sales to finance. Everyone was helpful in working with us. We bought a MKC. Would go there again in the future.

Clean comfortable Facilities

We are long time Lincoln owners. We have visited many dealerships and rank David McDavid among the most customer satisfaction driven locations we have encountered. Although we have not purchased from this dealership, we always bring our Lincolns here for scheduled maintenance. We have built a good relationship with service advisor Ed Gusa and always feel welcome and confident that we will receive the best care. We are also confident that our Lincoln will be spotless when Jesus is on "make ready" car wash duty! We have not been let down yet.
