I LOVE THESE GUYS (and GALS!)! They are totally interested in my complete satisfaction, and I have received it on many occasions! I hope to buy another Lincoln from them when it's time for another!

Poor repair service

Poor follow up on service orders. I had to call them to find out if parts were in and if service under warranty was done and car ready.

Henry Ford and crew. The whole crew at David McDavid was amazing friendly warm welcoming. Was the best car shopping experience I?ve had thus far. I?m 82 years old if that validates how many I?ve experienced. My grandson and I drove 2 hours to see a car and ended up purchasing it and was well worth the drive

Service, replace tire

Steve is a very nice guy, the price was slightly less than Discount Tires. Tire was mounted, my Continental was washed and I was on my way while I enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the customer lounge.
