I use this dealership for my F-150 service because I get excellent customer service from my service rep Mac McDaniel. In addition, the work is always done in a professional manner and with efficiency. I have no trouble with service scheduling and, if necessary, I have a courtesy ride at my disposal if I choose not to wait. If I do choose to wait, I have a very clean and quiet facility available to me for one of my favorite pass-times, reading. It doesn't get any better than this for vehicle service.

Polite service writer, did not pressure me to buy services I did not want at this time.

I live in Heartland Texas I drive to Plano for all of my service needs on my MKC. Mack is the one I always make my appointment with because of the customer service that he gives me. Very nice area to wait on your vehicle. Always a pleasure to have my service done at this dealership. I can't think of anything they could change to make it better they are excellent.
