David McDavid Lincoln Frisco

I was in need of a premium used Lincoln. I am on my 5th Lincoln and each between 1 to the 5-year. I feel I get huge value in that most Lincolns are garage kept and dealership maintained. I was referred by my cousin to Derek Singhass. I cousin has bought several cars from Derek and told me to be prepared for a first-class experience. Derek is the director of Pre-owned. I spoke to him and told him what I wanted and my price range. He immediately told me that he had the car I was looking for and gave me a price. I was shocked. off the top of his head, he had the car and a deal already in mind. I got off the phone and in minutes I was receiving pictures of the car. Mind you these were not internet pictures but off his personal cell phone. I ask about heated and cooled seats and a minute later was a picture of that feature. He then sent me the VIN and told him I was going to run a carfax and within a few minutes that was available free of charge. I got a ride to Plano from Aledo, only 80 miles. Derek offered to send a salesperson to pick me up person, but I had one of my family take me over. I arrived at the Dealership and was l quickly greeted by the young lady at the front counter. I ask for Derek and the young lady ask me my name and told me I was expected. and to set down in their reception area and offered me water or a soda. Derek arrived and told me the car was ready and out front and ready. It was absolutely better than described. He was the director of pre-owned but offered to spend time to show me the car and its features. . I Told he that was half the fun on a Lincoln finding all of the neat things a Lincoln has as standard equipment Derek took me to the Finance Manager. and having been in the back office of a more than a few dealerships, including ones that were owned by friends, I was already on guard. I anticipated the hard sell. Well not so. I was greeted by Tammie, She was very professional and caring. I felt like I was almost with family. She helped me get all the paperwork signed and explained the different options for warranties. She was so knowledgable and had the answers. The entire experience was excellent Thanks, Derek and Tammie you are the best of car professionals
