McDavid Lincoln has excellent service and always treat me right.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and never had a buying experience as pleasant as this one. We went to David McDavid to look, with no intention of buying a car because we thought Lincolns would be out of our price range. We told our sales person, Susan Najjar that we were just looking and would probably not be buying a Lincoln. Susan took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us a Lincoln MKC that was comparable to other cross overs we had been looking at. She was not pushy, but showed us the features this car offered and after driving it we saw a big difference in the Lincoln and some non luxury brands. Susan never criticized other cars, she only told us what her car had in it. She was able to put some numbers together that were comparable to other cars we had looked at and the finance department was also a pleasure. We love our MKC and recommend it, David McDavid and Susan Najjar to anyone who is the market for a new car.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The communication was horrible the finance people were horrible and messed everything up. The manager dealing with seemed to be annoyed by me asking for them to do their jobs

I visited David McDavid and worked with Susan. I am 66 years old and have bought many cars, however, I have never bought a car from someone as nice to deal with as Susan. I could not decide between several cars and Susan did not pressure me with the car sales person's talk the way so many sales people do. She pointed out the features of the car she was showing me, never putting down any other car. Her personality was warm and we got the feeling that she really cared about us and not so much about selling a car. We bought the car from Susan and recommended that if you are in the market for a new or pre owned car you contact Susan.

Waited 2 hours for oil change and repair of dripping transmission fluid. Drip not fixed 2 days after repair.

I thought I knew what I wanted when I stopped in but talked myself up shortly thereafter. Sales person very low key, forth right and candid. Options I wanted only came on certain models and only a few were in stock. After driving the car, I bought it the next day and it has been mostly worry-free since.

The service was provided on time and completed with the usual professional efficiency. The customer service, by Richard Ancheta, was like I was the only person there for service., ,
