Wes, Jeff, and Zeeshan are the superstars of my car buying experience with Vandergriff Acura. The first night that I walked in, I was introduced to Wes almost immediately and within about 15 seconds of meeting him and talking to him, I knew I wanted to do business with him. He had been in management for about a week and I see why he got the promotion. The customer service was phenomenal and I felt like the people there were really genuine. When it's time for my next vehicle, they'll see me again!

It was my first time at Vandergriff Acura and I didn't know what to expect. When I drove up to the entrance, I was greeted very respectfully by the Staff outside. The young man Tyler, that assisted me was very nice and cordial. He was a big help to be in finding the vehicle of my choice. He did an Excellent Job and I was treated Exceptionally well.

Great sales service
Finally I bought my dreams car, a RDX 2016. Edna Lopez was my sales lady and she did an outstanding job, helping my budget, very patiently and kindly. Most amazing dealership ever!!!!!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership, it is the best overall car buying experience that I have ever had. I am a 51 yr old female and was hesitant to purchase a vehicle without my husband but he couldn't come at the time. Not only did I get the car of my dreams at exactly the price and payments I wanted, I didn't have to haggle with them or anything. Everyone at this place made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I myself am in the service industry and I give good service so I expect it from others and this dealership came through with flying colors. So much so that I bought a second car from them this month and had another wonderful experience. The staff at vandergriff Acura have been there for me for all of my little nit picky needs, no questions asked just handled everything with courtesy and a smile on their faces. My husband and I worked with a sales person named Edna Lopez which help me purchase the 2013 blue Jaguar on 9/28/15. I would like to say we had a great experience working with her and very professional . Also thanks to Michael Pfleger the finance manager for great customer service, answer question we had and was very understanding. Not the experience I expected!
I have spent all day trying to negotiate a deal on a vehicle. Keep in mind I was making a cash offer. We go back and forth while trying to find a number in the middle that wins for both of us. I get told I will be called back in a few minutes and receive no call. Send an email, no reply. Finally I call them and I am told that they like my offer however they just sold the vehicle to someone else so it no longer matters. When did the dollar become more important than the customer??
