An Acura/Honda customer for life!
Last Saturday, September 12, 2015, I visited Vandergriff Acura in South Arlington, Texas for an oil change for my 2005 Acura TSX. Six hours later ... I drove out of the dealership with a 2015 Acura TLX! I've been on the fence a lot lately as to whether or not to get a new Acura before I put too many miles on my TSX. I had an "exploratory" - so to speak - appointment with sales rep Ric Ramirez while my car was being serviced - a big shout out and thanks to service consultant Amber Lowrey! Ric was very pleasant, patient and informative. He dealt with my undecisiveness, anxiety and tears (I truly hated to part with my beloved TSX - I grow very fond of all my cars!) most graciously. The dealership managers Cliff, Robert and finance rep Mike were also very patient and courteous to me. I sincerely appreciate all their help. I am extremely pleased with my new TLX. She and her 1990 Honda Accord (aka "The Old Girl") sister are bonding very well in my garage! Thanks very much Vandergriff Acura sales and service staff! It was a great, yet emotional (for the love of my TSX), car buying experience! I highly recommend your services!

We recently purchased certified pre-own 2012 TL from sales representative, Edna Lopez. She was FANTASTIC! Honestly, we did not think we will anything that we like that day. But Edna did it! - with only 2 tries! She was very tentative and easy to talk to. She listens to our needs and was able to find exactly what we were looking for and BETTER! She worked very hard with her manager to give us a fair market price for the car and our trade-in. She even throw in free weekly car wash for us for the life of the car as a bonus! Overall it was excellent experience. We will definitely go see her for our next Acura purchase in the future!

I purchased a 2015 TLX recently. Edna Lopez was my sales person. She was amazing!!! She was very thorough in discussing the purchasing process, explaining all of the features included in the vehicle, and how Vandergriff Acura continues to keep in touch with its customers even after the sale is complete. She was not only attentive to me, but she was also attentive to my children. She made sure they were comfortable throughout the process. This was the quickest and easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Edna is a very sweet and kind person.
