These guys are great!

To live in Montana and buy the exact car we have been looking for from Texas with total ease was unexpectedly amazing! Damion was a rockstar and went the extra mile to have a car shipped to us and work with out finances. So greatful for this dealership. Already telling all of our friends! Thanks so very much!

Good Service

Had a power steering failure on the road. The dealer repaired the RL and got me back on the road. Everything went very well. I would go back.

Above and beyond customer service ......

This was a new Acura dealership experience for me; having recently moved to Arlington. I've been purchasing/leasing Acuras for close to 20 years. Doing business with this dealership was a fantastic and pleasant experience. The Sales Mgr, Steve Morrell and the Internet Sales Mgr, Jeff Carter are the best!! They each were attentive and went the extra mile in meeting our needs. Jeff Carter gave great attention to detail and was precise in making sure I understood how to interface with the technical aspects of my new RDX. I know I can call on Jeff anytime if I need something explained to me about the use of my RDX. Thank you Jeff Carter and Steve Morrell!! I would recommend them and this Dealership to any body.

Took time but got it done

Me and my wifey was visiting just to test drive one of the vehicle that I saw on cars.com on early September 2014, a certified used Acura TSX. We were greeted by Mr. Nguyen, he was really polite and showed us the vehicle but we didn't like it when we test drove it, so he showed me other 3 options that were in the same price range, We loved one with the 2011 Acura TSX tech package and the price was within our budget. I was thinking of coming back tomorrow since it was already afternoon to do all the paper work but Mr. Trung "Travis" Nguyen insisted that it was not going to take long and he could do all the paper work done within hour, so we agreed. It took more that 3 hours but we got a really good deal and APR. He even hooked us up with first free servicing, there was some minor issues with cup holder not being able to close but he took care of it and I noticed after a month that window moulding was kinda melting due to Texas heat but that was taken care of too, free of charge by "Matthew Howell"; he was also very polite and friendly and took care of the matter ASAP. After 10 months of ownership I went yesterday to get my first servicing, Amber was really polite and courteous, she explained everything that was done to my car and gave me her car incase I had any questions. I told that it was my first servicing and she took care of the billing. I also loved that there was coffee and snacks for customers in waiting area. The whole experience at Vandergriff Acura was really pleasant from car buying process to servicing. I even sent my friend there to service his Acura there and he loves it there; They have earned my business.

Great Purchase Experience- Great Salesperson

Had a wonderful buying experience @ Vandergriff Acura. Bought a 2013 Tahoe recently and it was a great car buying experience. Salesperson Jeff Carter was fantastic, handled everything, followed up, took care of all the details as I had a new radio with nav installed and leather seats put in as well. Felt like I was treated well.

Great Car Buying Experience-Thanks Jeff Carter

Had a great experience working with Jeff Carter @ Vandergriff Acura. Purchased a 2013 Tahoe in great condition back in late April. Jeff was great to work with, made everything easy, took care of the details and I was very happy. I also added new nav radio and leather seats and he took care of it all and it was finished in 2 days after we did the deal. Would recommend Jeff and Vandergriff to anyone. Followed up as well afterwards to make sure everything was good.
