Worked through issues, but Completely Satisfied

We live in a neighboring state but when I found a 2014 RDX at Vandergriff Acura through USAA?s Car Buying Service, Max Coker contacted me promptly and provided what I needed to make a basic decision before we drove down. He was very helpful and we were very happy with our overall experience. While a couple of issues did arise during the process, Max worked with management (I felt as our advocate) to get everything worked out to our complete satisfaction ? and Skyla Rios got us back on the road back home in about 3 hours. Thanks Max & Skyla !!!

Worked through issues to our Complete Satisfaction

We live in a neighboring state but when I found a 2014 RDX at Vandergriff Acura through USAA’s Car Buying Service, Max Coker contacted me promptly and provided what I needed to make a basic decision before we drove down. He was very helpful and we were very happy with our overall experience. Used cars appear to be from auction

Cars were in poor condition. Bald tires and an engine that made noise. Guy couldn't tell me why engine was making noise, but said if I wanted to buy it he could have the shop look at it. I didn't come to a dealer for cars like that.

Finally a positive experience!!!

I finally had a good experience at a dealership. I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday and prepared to be there all day. My simple request and maintenance visit was treated as just that. Hospitality and professionalism was maintained even though I could tell they were extremely busy that day. I appreciate Veron Shorter giving me the greeting and positive experience I no longer felt existed at dealerships!!

2015 Nissan Sentra

If you go to Vandergriff Acura see Max Coker. He took care of me and was very flexible due that i went by my self to see the car first, then returned later with my wife to complete the process. her eis a 10+ for MAx. Thank you for your help.

Not what I expected...

After reading countless reviews online before making the hour-long drive, I've had continuous issues with my car that it makes me regret buying it in the first place. 2 weeks after my purchase, I went back to get a tire balance, as my TLX would vibrate on and off the highway. Then I had to go back AGAIN to get the steering wheel properly aligned, another balance, and then was told that one of my wheels was slightly bent (they made sure to go out of their way to show me because it was previously there but overlooked during my first initial visit). Did I mention I was waiting for 4 hours with no explanation?! 3 months after that I'm needing to go back AGAIN to get a tire balance. I love my car, but I'm not in love with everything I've experienced with Vandergriff Acura and I regret having gone to this location at all.

Dont bother going somewhere else for an Acura

I've bought several cars here & at other stores and always had a good experience. This time around, recently divorced, with dings on credit I knew getting approved would be a challenge. I visited another Acura dealership in FTW first due to their huge selection of pre-owned cars. Quickly realized this was a HUGE mistake... Got in touch with Adam, he got my deal done quick. no BS, no games, even had new tires & rims put on before I took it home. I highly recommend you go see this guy if you need a vehicle. I wasn't there long enough to know who his team was in finance, but shout out to them also. I know my deal was a challenge but I appreciate you guys making it happen!

Retired

After 3 weeks of car shopping, we stopped by Vangriff Acura, Arlington. Upon our arrival, we met Alex Lindgren, who proved to be an excellent salesperson. Alex is the lead salesperson of the sales team there. His knowledge of the Acura RDX met all of our expectations and we are very well pleased with our 2017 RDX! 24 hours of delight and Weeks of frustration

There is no zero star that stands for "We have been robbed." The day of purchase was smooth and went wonderfully... expected as they are cushioning the bottom line. We are now ready to file a Better Business complaint as the finance side of this deal has been unorganized and horrendous. As we have done for years in the past, I would go in with your own financing or not do business with this dealership. Due to Acura's lack of organization, returning calls and empty promises we have been charged late fees for which we haven't been late. It took them over a month to "overnight" a payoff on previous car and now our credit score will be adversely affected. If you work hard and try to be a good steward, this not the place for you. We were referred by Car Pro. If you are getting that referral I would ask for who else is on the list. We pray that no hard working family has the financial run around that Vandergriff has put us through.
